When will my package be shipped?
- We need 1-3 days to prepare and ship you order.
International shipping
We ship from Cyprus (Europe). Standard shipping rate for all the packages is 7 euro (8$).
Usually it takes around 6-21 business days for the package to come to the customer in Europe.
For non European countries the shipping time is around 6-30 business days.
If you need express shipping, please contact us palladisglassart@gmail.com. We will try to find the best way of delivery for your special case.
Packaging
We carefully pack our glass jewelry to the strong carton box and to the plastic bag to prevent damage. Our aim is to make everything we can to protect your beautiful items during the shipping. And we are good at it. So please don't worry, your beautiful jewelry will come safely to you.
What if my item came damaged during the shipping?
Yes, sometimes items can come damaged. It happens very rarely, but it is life, everything can happen. So, if you received your jewelry damaged please immediately contact us by following email palladisglassart@gmail.com, attach the photo of the broken item, and we will decide what will be better for you, to make a refund or to send you a new item. We want you to be happy when you receive our jewelry, cause each bead is made by hands with a great love and inspiration
TAXES and fees are not included. We are not responsible for any taxes and fees you will have to pay in your country for your order.
